Return and Refund Policy

If you have purchased a Sketch & Story® game from Deal Games LLC, we THANK YOU!  Although we seek to provide you with a game of the very highest quality, sometimes we may fall short of that goal.

If you are not satisfied with the game that you have purchased from us, you can request a partial refund during the first 30 calendar days from the invoice date.  The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

·      An automatic 40% restocking fee based on total selling price applies to all non-defective returns.  We charge a restocking fee in order to deter frivolous returns that raise our costs of business, which hurts other customers.  

·      The product must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging that was shipped to you; you must prepay shipping charges; and you must insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.

·      If the shipment is refused by the customer or otherwise returned to us, it will be considered a non-defective return and the customer will be responsible for all the costs as noted above.

·      For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs. An item being returned that qualified for free shipping will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. Your return shipping cost to send an item back to us will not be refundable.

If the game you purchased is defective, we will happily refund your full purchase amount if the product is returned (at your expense) within 30 calendar days of its purchase.  

·      Please contact us with details of the product’s defect and we will tell you whether your item qualifies for a return.  

·      Indicate whether you want to return for Replacement or Refund.

·      When we receive your inquiry, it will take us 24-48 hours to respond to you.

·      Once we approve for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided via email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your return. The e-mail will contain your RMA number and detailed instructions for return shipping.

·      You can send the item considered defective, in its original or equivalent packaging that was shipped to you, to the return address provided.  Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information, and labels are removed.

·      You must prepay shipping charges; and you must insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.

·      When we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund if it meets the stated requirements.  

·      The refund will be applied to the original payment method you used during the purchase.  Please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up in your credit card account.
